Common Issues

Subscription not activating?
Try restoring purchases: go to Settings > Subscription card > Manage. If that doesn't work, ensure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

AI coach not responding?
Check your internet connection. The AI coach requires an active connection to generate responses. If you're online and it's still not working, try closing and reopening the app.

HealthKit data not showing?
Go to iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > AbbyAI and ensure all permissions are enabled. Then open the AbbyAI dashboard — data should refresh automatically.

Want to delete your data?
Go to Settings > Reset App. This permanently deletes all local data. For iCloud data, manage it through Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.
